Bananas should be ripe but firm. Slice banana in half lengthwise and then cut into 2-inch (5 cm) pieces.

Melt butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat, add bananas for a couple minutes, driving off excess moisture.

Add honey and spices and saute for a minute or so, then add coconut milk, stir in, and remove from heat.

Serve in a small bowl with a couple of tablespoons of fresh yogurt on top.
